Preparatory Education | Application Form for International Students to Study at Qujing Normal University, scanned copy of the first page of the passport, scanned copy of your graduation certificate from high school or above (students graduating in the current year can provide a pre-graduation certificate), scanned copy of your transcripts of all courses taken at high school or above. |
Full-time undergraduate Program | Application Form for International Students to Study at Qujing Normal University, scanned copy of the front page of the passport, scanned copy of graduation certificate of high school or above (students graduating in the current year can provide pre-graduation certificate), scanned copy of transcripts of all courses taken at high school or above, scanned copy of new HSK4 level certificate or transcripts. |
Note: (1) Applicationmaterials must be translated into Chinese or English if they are not in Chineseor English.
(2) The above applicationmaterials will not be returned regardless of acceptance.
(3) You can download the “Application Form forInternational Students to Study at Qujing Normal University” from the website of Collegeof International Studies of Qujing Normal University.
1.3 Admission
(1) The school will only begin to reviewthe application once the applicant has submitted all the documents, in additionthe school may request additional documents from the applicant as appropriate.
(2) For those who apply for full-time undergraduateprogram, admission will be based on merit,including high school or higher grades and overall language ability.
(3) The school will send the applicantthe Letter of Acceptance for International Students and the Visa ApplicationForm for Foreign Students to China by international courier within 15 workingdays after the documents have been approved. For countries where the visa canbe processed with scanned copies, the school will send scanned copies of theabove documents to the applicant.
1.4 Enrolment
(1) The accepted student will apply fora visa to study in China at the embassy or consulate of the People’s Republicof China with the the Letter of Acceptance for International Students of QujingNormal University, the Visa Application Form for Foreign Students and otherdocuments required by the embassy.
(2) The accepted student will bring theLetter of Acceptance for International Students of Qujing Normal University,Form JW202 and the financial commitment letter to report to the College of InternationalStudies of Qujing Normal University at the time specified in the Letter ofAcceptance for International Students of Qujing Normal University.
